Note any role can be set as a Team leader from the Team page. If a user is a team leader for any team they will see the Add New Review Button
On this page, a team leader can create performance reviews for his team members using the Add new review button.
The Review Landing page lists all the performance reviews that the team leader has created.
The team leader can click the pencil icon to edit their comments in each performance review, and that action opens the MyBig5 User review page.
The List view shows
- Team Member Name
- Date Created
- Actions (pencil to edit)
The Review Landing page lists all the performance reviews for this user
The user can click the pencil icon to open the MyBig5 User review page where they can add their own comments to each performance review.
If the user is a team leader of multiple teams, she/he can choose the team, and then the team member in the team.
By setting the date from/to, the team leader can define the period over which goals and check ins are reviewed.
Note The Review page is only displayed if Performance Reviews is selected in the Admin/Company Details page
