From the My Week page a user can ‘Post to Email’ using a button. This sends a ‘Team Update’ email out to all team members of any teams that user is part of, noting who has made updates to their MyBig5 and providing a clickable link to ‘View Dashboard’.
The post to email function currently collects all Goals for a date period for a Team, as well as all of last weeks tasks (so already it is wrong as we also have monthly and fortnightly cadences). It then takes these goals and prepares an email to send to the “Microsoft Teams Email” that is setup in the Team.
